５月３日から世田谷塚本道場にて行われてました、ＪＦＫＯ大会に向けた強化合宿が本日無事に終了致しました。

これからは稽古量・強度を調整し、大会当日に万全の状態で臨めるようしっかり身体のケアを行い、コンディションを仕上げて下さい。
